The CDM640 is a Digital Multi-scan processor and will convert any world TV system (NTSC, PAL, SECAM) to any other PLUS it will also convert the signal to 60Hz PC mode (VGA, SVGA or XGA). The unit has 8-bit broadcast quality colour decoding and easy touch button controls for input/output selcetion.
