The FLIR E86 Advanced Thermal Imaging Camera is your go-to solution for inspecting and troubleshooting buildings, as well as electrical and mechanical equipment. With its versatile FLIR AutoCal Lenses, available in seven versions, you can tailor your camera to suit your specific needs. These lenses are interchangeable, and the camera automatically calibrates to ensure consistently high-quality images and precise thermal measurements, regardless of which lens you use.

Additionally, the FLIR E86 offers four selectable focus modes: Continuous Laser Distance Meter (LDM), One-Shot LDM, One-Shot Contrast, and Manual, providing flexibility and ease of use in various inspection scenarios.

FLIR AutoCal Lenses

  • 14°, 29mm lens: A telephoto lens with a narrow field-of-view, perfect for precise focus and clear imaging of distant targets.
  • 24°, 17mm lens: Offering a 24° x 18° field-of-view, this lens allows you to maintain a safe distance from energised equipment while ensuring crisp focus when inspecting smaller targets.
  • 42°, 10mm lens: With a wide-angle view, this lens provides maximum information in a single image, making it ideal for inspecting buildings and roofs.

Thermal Imaging

  • Thermal sensitivity of 30mK and IR resolution of 464x348px, providing 161,472 measurement points.
  • Temperature measurement accuracy of ±2°C/2%, supporting temperature ranges from -20°C to +120°C, 0°C to +650°C, and 300°C to 1500°C.
  • UltraMax® Enhancement function increases measurement points to 645,888, improving distance-to-spot ratio.
  • MSX® Image Enhancement overlays visual details onto thermal images, aiding fault identification.
  • Includes 1-4x continuous digital zoom, three spotmeters, and three area meters in live mode.
  • Enables report building with features like GPS tagging, voice annotations, on-screen text, and sketching on thermal images.
