Important Functions:
Adheres to IEC Design Requirements: The GPT-15012 is the first ever safety analyzer designed according to the International Electrotechnical Commission's IEC 61010-2-030, setting safety standards for testing or measuring circuits connected to external devices or circuits, including those in test, laboratory, or process control equipment. Safety considerations also include double insulation for input/output voltages, as well as safe output/warning and post-test discharge mechanisms for user safety during operation.
High Accuracy & Resolution Testing Performance: The GPT-15012 offers precise voltage and resistance tests, including DC 12kV voltage in 1V steps, current measurement resolutions up to 1 μA (ACW) or 0.1 μA (DCW), and insulation resistance tests with adjustable DC 50V to 5000V in 50V steps and a resolution of 0.1MΩ.
Statistics and Data Analysis: The GPT-15012 and its' wider series feature a statistics function for recording test functions and judgement results in a temporary storage area to a maximum of 60,000 lots). This explains the test of each function during testing without the need for a PC. Analysing the distribution of good products helps identify potential defects early, allowing improvements in the manufacturing process to prevent faulty products from reaching the market.
Simplicity and Visibility: Inheriting GW Instek's legacy of user interfaces that prioritising simplicity and ease of access, the GPT-15012 utilises a 7-inch TFT LCD to facilitate easy operations and clearly demonstrate testing results. Additionally, the GPT-15012 includes high-illumination LED lights and a high-volume audial indicator to alert users of the status of ongoing testing or judgement results.
Sweep and Tabular Automatic Test: The GPT-15012 features a unique sweep function that displays a curve diagram of test results, recording readings point by point based on test settings, allowing users to analyze energy application and measurement parameters over time to identify critical breakdowns. Each automatic test includes up to 10 manual test items with results and settings presented in a table, enabling easy access to all test outcomes and seamless connection between multiple automatic tests.
