Product Overview

Discover the Keysight N6753A, a high-performance, autoranging DC power module that supports low noise, high accuracy and programming speeds up to 50x faster than similar programmable power supplies. Measurement accuracy can be further enhanced by optional high-speed test extensions, perfect for observing high-speed transient/pulse events within the device-under-test (DUT).

The N6753A module can be used in the small, multiple output 1U high N6700 Low-Profile Modular Power System (for ATE systems), as well as the multiple output N6705 DC Power Analyzer for bench testing. Choose from a diverse selection of over 20 DC power modules, offering capabilities from basic to high precision, and power outputs spanning 20 to 500 W.
