The TA152 is a useful adaptor designed for connecting an oscilloscope probe tip directly to the BNC input of a DUT or source. This accessory is compatible with the following 2.5 mm scope probes:
- 350 MHz and 500 MHz high impedance (TA101, TA133, TA150)
- 1.5 GHz low impedance (TA061 and TA062)
