High-Speed Data Logging

With a maximum 30 kS/s data logging rate, the DM7560 offers efficient bulk mode logging to its internal memory, allowing high sample rates for detailed analysis. Users can transfer logged data to a USB memory device for PC analysis, providing flexibility in data handling and interpretation. Additionally, triggered data logging enables logging to stop based on specified events such as LEVEL, LIMIT, or EXTERNAL TRIGGER, ensuring relevant data capture. The DM7560's high-capacity internal memory of 100 k points allows for long-term, high-resolution data logging, even at high sample rates, enabling continuous measurement for over 27 hours at 1 S/s. This seamless integration with PC-based analysis tools facilitates in-depth data analysis and insights.

Offline Data Analysis

THE DM7560 offers users powerful offline data analysis capabilities directly through the instrument without requiring a linked computer. Users can determine the number of data points, the ratio to whole data percentage, and the yield rate by positioning the cursor on the histogram display and setting upper and lower limit values accordingly. Statistical data such as MAX/MIN/AVG over time can also be calculated automatically, further streamlining the data analysis process. Additionally, users can perform in-depth analyses by zooming into specific regions of the trend chart, enabling a closer examination of voltage distribution and other key metrics. Statistical data, including maximum, minimum, and average values within a cursor-specified range, is automatically calculated, enhancing the analytical capabilities of the DM7560.
